Jocelyn Valles
Jocelyn is the founder and lead designer of Uniquely Nerdy Interiors, a studio dedicated to creating bold, colorful, and personality-filled spaces. With a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, she has been working in the field since 2011, shaping buildings and spaces from the outside in. Over the years, her work often led her to collaborate with interior designers, or step into the role herself, where she discovered her true passion. By focusing on interiors, she found the freedom to play with color, materials, and those unexpected touches that make a space unforgettable.
In 2022, Jocelyn officially made the switch to interior design, joining a firm where she honed her craft and deepened her passion for designing interiors. As she looked across the industry, however, she noticed an overwhelming fixation with neutrals and minimalism leaving little room for personality or play. That realization sparked a new vision: to form a design studio that embraced individuality and a dash of nerdy fun. By 2025, Uniquely Nerdy Interiors came to life, founded on the belief that every interior should be as unique as its owner. Today, Jocelyn channels her background in architecture and her love of creativity into spaces that feel personal, imaginative, and uniquely yours.
